About me

After my graduate studies of Political Sciences and International Relations in Buenos Aires and my MBA at IESE Business School in Barcelona I was able to unfold an international long-standing professional career as leading executive within the Chemical Industry, in large corporations as well as in middle size public companies. Some of my most valued experiences include the development and implementation of cross-functional strategies for whole value chains, the formulation and execution of innovative distribution concepts, the implementation of new business models, the initiation of strategic partnerships and successful contract negotiations with key customers, thus achieving significant growth in sales and profitability in short time.

My experience includes consulting in a diversity of projects too. As co-author I contributed to the studies sponsored by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Technology "The Software Car: Information and Communication Technology as an Engine for the Electromobility of the Future" (2010) and "Digital Transformation: How Information and Communication Technologies are disrupting Established Industries" (2017)

At Harvard's "Program on Negotiation" I learnt the Mutual Gains Approach, which I highly recommend for supporting collaboration in complex environments and solution-finding and decision-making in groups. As certified consultant for German SMEs I fully support the initiative "Offensive Mittelstand".
